Election results 2021

Following the election results, we warmly welcome Urs Germann as the new President and Ralf Schmid as a new member of the Board.

We are all looking forward to a pleasant and constructive cooperation for a common future of the promotional products industry.

We can announce the following results of the elections:

• The minutes were approved with 33 YES and 1 abstention.
• The treasurer's and auditor's report was approved with 32 YES and 1 abstention.
• The 2021 budget was approved with 32 YES and 2 abstentions.
• Election of the new President approved with 31 YES and 3 abstentions
• Election of Ralf Schmid was approved with 32 YES and 2 abstentions.
• Election of existing members approved with 33 YES and 1 abstention.
• Election of the existing auditors is approved with 33 YES and 1 abstention
• Election of Kaspar Benz was approved with 33 YES and 1 abstention.
• Election of Peter Kaiser was approved with 32 YES and 2 abstentions.

We hereby bid farewell to Stephan Meyer and thank him for his commitment, especially in the past months as President Ad Interim, he has carried out the tasks with full commitment and more than fulfilled the responsibility for a stylish transition. We wish him all the best with his company and also privately.
